Polycell and Hammerite aim for new markets

Decorating professionals can now get themselves out of a hole thanks to a revolutionary product from Polycell.
Polycell Trade has introduced Deep Hole Polyfilla, a two-part, plaster-based filler which fills holes up to 50mm deep in just a single application.
Specifically formulated for the trade, it's easy to mix, sets in 20 minutes and is ready for painting or drilling in just 30 minutes, greatly improving the speed with which decorating professionals can carry out a job.

"Deep Hole Polyfilla is particularly fast for filling deep holes in a single application, while still giving structural strength that will hold nails and screws. It's a product innovation we're really proud of. "
Meanwhile at Hammerite, the 'Direct to Rust' metal paint has been a great success in the market. Now a new product aimed at at non-rusting galvanised steel, often used to make fencing, roofing, cladding and door frames has been produced.
Hammerite 'Direct to Galv' can be used on aluminium, copper and brass as well as galvanised steel. And only needs one coat. It has already been launched in Greece, Turkey Sweden and Norway and in parts of Africa and the Middle East.
