Code of Conduct
Overview
The policy of ICI Paints is to conduct its business responsibly, with integrity and with respect for the interests of all those affected by our operations.
The Code of Conduct is intended to provide guidance to ICI employees on the company's ethical standards and is distributed to all employees.
As a minimum this requires compliance with the law in every country in which we operate. Legal compliance alone, however, is not enough. In many areas ICI expects ethical and behavioural standards which go well beyond the minimum legal requirements.
